Coaching Solutions for Organizations

Supporting your strategic leaders where it matters most.

Middle managers, senior contributors, and emerging leaders often hold the greatest responsibility — with the least support.
These roles are essential to organizational stability, but rarely benefit from the kind of tailored guidance they need to thrive.

I offer coaching solutions designed to create real, lasting growth — aligning individual development with your organization’s goals.

Why it matters?

Coaching is often seen as a benefit — but it’s also a strategy.

Supporting your key leaders through coaching creates ripple effects across teams: increased robustness, better communication, more thoughtful decisions, and stronger alignment between individual values and company goals.

In today’s environment — where many traditional trainings fall short and retention is increasingly tied to meaning and support — coaching is one of the few tools that adapts to the real complexity people are facing.

This is especially true for middle managers and senior women in tech — two groups I know intimately from my own leadership journey. These roles carry immense responsibility yet are often overlooked when it comes to tailored support.
Coaching offers them — and all strategic leaders — a rare space to reflect, realign, and grow with clarity and strength.

Core Coaching Program

A structured, thoughtful journey designed for meaningful, lasting growth.

The Core Coaching Program is a deep, structured engagement designed to explore 2–3 key objectives tied to the coachee’s role, aspirations, or current challenges.
It creates the groundwork for meaningful growth — not just in how someone performs, but in how they understand themselves, their environment, and their leadership journey.

How it works

The program unfolds across three phases, much like nurturing deep roots before growth:

the three steps of the core coaching program, alignement, discovery, action & growth

Phase 2 - Discovery
Phase 3 - Action & Growth
Phase 1 - Alignement

Clarifying Objectives & Building Shared Understanding

  • Preliminary meetings with the sponsor and the coachee to understand goals, context, and aspirations

  • A tripartite meeting to align organizational needs with individual development

  • A 360 feedback process to collect holistic insights

  • Clear, measurable coaching objectives defined together

Deep Exploration of Values, Beliefs, and Blockers

  • Initial coaching sessions exploring the coachee’s current landscape

  • Identification of the coachee's fundamentals: core values, beliefs, limits, and needs

  • Surfacing of potential blockers or limiting patterns

Empowering Strategic Action and Sustainable Change

  • Quick actions to address immediate blockers, with reflection after each session

  • Strategic identification of resources and opportunities

  • Building a detailed, realistic action plan

  • Closing 360 feedback and final tripartite meeting to assess impact and celebrate progress

Who it's for

The Core Coaching Program is designed for strategic leaders facing complexity — whether they’re stepping into new roles, navigating change, or simply ready to grow with more clarity and intention.

I work especially well with middle managers and senior leaders in tech, including many women in positions of influence, because I’ve been there myself — and I understand the layered challenges that can come with those roles.

Why it works

The Core Coaching Program offers not just support but transformation — helping leaders build clarity, robustness, and autonomy in a world of complexity.

Catalyst Sessions

Focused Support, Rooted in Deep Understanding.

Catalyst Sessions are short, high-impact coaching engagements designed to offer timely, contextualized support after completing the Core Coaching Program.
They help maintain momentum, navigate urgent challenges, and prevent small issues from becoming systemic.

How they work

Designed to be flexible and immediately relevant, Catalyst Sessions adapt to your needs in real time while building on the trust already established.

  • Available as single sessions or in small bundles (3 or 5 sessions)

  • Scheduled as needed — no fixed cadence required

  • Light prep beforehand to clarify focus; debrief afterward to support integration

  • Rooted in the shared understanding built during the Core Coaching Program

When to use Catalyst Sessions

These sessions are designed for moments when something important is shifting — and a clear, focused conversation can make all the difference.

  • Preparing for high-stakes conversations or leadership decisions

  • Navigating team dynamics or interpersonal tension

  • Re-centering during organizational shifts or uncertainty

  • Managing energy, overwhelm, or decision fatigue

Why it works

Catalyst Sessions aren’t crisis interventions — they’re intentional pauses.

They create space for quick clarity and grounded action, helping leaders stay aligned and adaptive even when conditions shift.
Sustainable growth doesn’t only happen over time — it’s also shaped in the choices we make in key moments.
