What Leadership Taught Me About Growth

Before becoming a professional coach, I spent more than a decade navigating the real, everyday complexity of leadership in the tech industry — from early-stage startups, to fast-growing scale-ups, to large global tech companies.
This range of experience gave me a deep understanding of the different pressures leaders face across organizational stages — and what kind of support actually helps.

That journey taught me that sustainable leadership isn't about speed, efficiency, or flawless execution.
It's about stability in the face of change. It's about accepting complexity, embracing multiple paths, and building the internal space to choose wisely — even when things feel incoherent.

In my coaching, I focus on helping people develop what I came to value most: clarity, grounded vision, and the inner space to grow without losing direction.
These are the foundations of meaningful growth — not just in work, but in life.

Today, I bring that understanding into my coaching work.

Creativity has always been a vital part of my life.
As a painter and pianist, I’ve learned that meaningful creation doesn’t come from forcing outcomes — it emerges from exploration, patience, and steady presence.

This perspective shapes how I coach:
Creating space for people to reconnect with themselves, see differently, and move forward with clarity — whether they’re leading teams, navigating change, or simply rethinking what’s next.

Sustainable coaching demands continual personal work.
I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), adhering to their ethical guidelines, and engage in regular supervision to ensure the quality and integrity of my practice.

Since 2021, I have also committed to personal therapy, deepening my understanding of myself, my patterns, and my biases — so that I can offer my clients a space that is clear, respectful, and robust.

All coaching engagements are conducted remotely, allowing us to work together with flexibility, presence, and focus — wherever you are based.
